Contract Services: 

PRG employees are placed in your organization on an interim or contract basis to fill a need for skilled resources which are not available in house.  PRG consultants or "contractors" can be utilized to satisfy needs for professional skills in numerous roles, including:

• Skills needed for duration of a project
• System Development / Conversions
• Implementation of new technology
• Database Administration / Mgmt
• Project Management
• Temporary Backfill
• Network Support
• Systems Administration

PRG consultants are normally on a full W-2 status.  Social Security, Medicare, FUTA, SUTA, Workman's Compensation insurance and full general liability coverage are paid by PRG and applicable taxes are withheld.  A comprehensive benefits package is provided for all employees.  While utilizing PRG resources, the customer retains normal management control of their operations and provides daily task direction and management of work product for contracted personnel.  PRG is responsible for personnel management of contracted employees.  All of these measures are taken to ensure continuity of employment & services.
